KSENG KST solar tracking photovoltaic brackets
In the early stage of photovoltaic development, PV brackets are mostly fixed structure, It's simple and low cost. With the removal of subsidies, the demand for power station profitability and efficiency is increasing, and the tracking bracket is becoming more and more important to the market. In the global photovoltaic market, the Middle East uses more than 80% of the tracking bracket, the United States about 80-90%, Europe about 60%. Among them, the south of France and Spain have flat terrain and sufficient light resources, which is very suitable for tracking bracket. Compared to the fixed braket, the tracking bracket can increase power generation by more than 15%. The proportion of Central African and North African markets also exceeds 60%. At present, the ratio of PV tracking bracket and fixed bracket is close to 4:6 in global market, It's expected that by 2025, the ratio will be 5:5, or even more. But in China, the figure is less than 10 percent. In order to follow the development of the times,Kseng launched a new product line of solar tracking systems in early 2021. The biggest difference between the tracking bracket and the fixed bracket is that the tracking bracket has a unique tracking control system, which not only protects the tracking bracket, but also tracks the sunlight according to its location. At the same time, self-learning optimization and adjustment tracking should be carried out according to different topography, installation error, weather and season, so as to ensure higher power generation. KST series uses "astronomical algorithm + closed-loop control" and "AI algorithm" to realize intelligent tracking, maximize the power generation of the PV power station. 2.Passed CCP wind tunnel test Structure stability. Compared with the fixed bracket, the frequency and damping ratio of the tracking system is lower, so the structural design has higher requirements for the stability. By cooperated with CPP Wind Engineering, Kseng combined with the frequency and damping ratio characteristics of the KS-tracker system, studied the results of resonance, flutter, gallop and torsional divergence of the system, analyze the influence on the system operation process and the instability characteristics. 3.
