Why choose the fixed tilt solar mounting system and solar array?

One of the benefits of a fixed tilt solar mounting system and solar array is the simplicity. A fixed-tilt system positions the modules at a “fixed” tilt and orientation. And than fixed tilt system is always technically or economically viable.  

A fixed tilt solar system support uses two or more modules in profile. Solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants installation need to meet three technical viability issues that are wind loads, site topography and soil conditions.

A fixed tilt solar system can solution the three technical viability issues. Modules orientation can mount in landscape or portrait which is perfectly acceptable. The posts or piles deployed engineered for the site`s soil type and specific geotechnical conditions. Many sites have underlying bedrock which limits the depth of installation requiring drilling and additional cost. Furthermore, sites with poor soil or contamination may not allow for underground disturbance (e.g. landfill) and would be better suited for a ballasted fixed-tilt racking systems which avoid underground conditions entirely.
